The Manheim Township Jr. High wrestling program emphasizes fundamentals with a focus on learning a few basic moves well. The experienced coaching staff provides an atmosphere of discipline, intense workouts, and conditioning to give young wrestlers the opportunity to be successful at both the junior high and senior high level.
